Refund policy
We totally get it, all of us at some point have added one too many items to our cart or changed our mind about a cute color after we order it, but that’s not a problem at all. We cherish all of our customers and pride ourselves on keeping the positive vibes flowing!
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept a return within 14 days of receipt in exchange for xpnails.com store credit or refund to the original payment method. As a result of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards, all items must be new, unused, and in the same condition that you received them. If an item is received and shows signs of use, we will deduct a 35% return fee.
Any postage costs paid are not refundable and are the responsibility of the customer to return in good condition.
