The LED Lamp should not have been previously tampered with. When you open the lamp and attempt to fix it yourself you can actually damage it beyond repair. If any of the screws have been stripped, or if the lamp has been tampered with internally, please notify us before sending it in. For all other forms of damage please contact us for further inquiry. We will professionally replace the nail LED Lamp with brand-new genuine replacement parts.

What is included in our service?
Our professionally trained technician will replace any parts that is required to have it in good working order.
A professional interior cleansing will also be taken out by removing any dust buildup and replacing any missing exterior screws free of charge.
We will fully inspect, repair, and test all features of your lamp.
The service processing time is approximately 2-3 working days, however, during busy periods it may take longer.
